Two years ago, we opened the doors to our Black Forest tasting room with a simple goal—to create a place where great Colorado wine brings people together. Since then, we've shared countless glasses of wine, live music, food trucks, celebrations, first dates, anniversaries, and friendships. None of it would have been possible without the incredible support of our community.

Hosted by sommelier Shelley Bailey of Shine Savor Celebrate, this guided tasting explores the wines, craftsmanship, and story behind one of Colorado's most distinctive wineries.

Colorado native Dave Aschwanden discovered the joy of slowing down through wine while traveling in Europe. Inspired by that experience, he founded Chill Switch Wines with a commitment to producing exceptional wines exclusively from Colorado-grown grapes using traditional, old-world winemaking techniques. Every bottle reflects patience, craftsmanship, and a belief that great wine should never be rushed.

As a bonus, Chill Switch Wines is 100% solar powered and has earned the prestigious Slow Food Snail of Approval, recognizing its commitment to sustainability and thoughtful production.

In partnership with Painting with a Twist, you'll create your choice of a custom canvas tote bag, rustic wood serving tray, or large wood cutting board. Their talented instructors will guide you every step of the way, so no artistic experience is needed.
